The Patient Contact Center fulfills FCS’s mission by providing world class consumer care by following it values and service standards. The Patient Contact Center department will support the practices with scheduling reputed company various appointments, from clinic services, reputed company radiology services etc.

- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience.
- 1+ years’ experience in the Health Care preferred.
