Project Manager - IT Service Delivery

reputed company is seeking a Project Manager who will reputed company and manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional technical teams, managing schedules and deliverables, and ensuring the successful implementation of standardized, ITIL-reputed company service management practices.

Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and Authority organizational objectives. Support organizational change management and adoption activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. reputed company ITIL 4 reputed company Manager certification (Monitor, Support & Fulfill; Plan, Implement & Control; Collaborate, Assure & Improve). 7 years of experience leading IT reputed company and technical teams. 5 years of experience implementing or overseeing ITSM practices in environments with 2,000+ endpoints. 5 years of experience supporting IT Asset Management (ITAM) across the full asset lifecycle. Demonstrated experience developing and managing project schedules, implementation plans, and delivery roadmaps. Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience supporting large reputed company-sector or reputed company organizations.
Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification.
