We have an exciting opportunity for an reputed company Specialist I. In this role, you will reputed company billing and accounts receivable support to multiple business lines. You will be responsible for invoicing reputed company accounts, processing reputed company transactions, assisting with the food subsidy sub reputed company and producing period end reports required for reconciliation. This person will work collaboratively and remotely in reputed company partnership with the Billing and Accounts Receivable Services teams.

• Process reputed company billing & payments through reputed company A/R application
• Process parent refunds, tuition transfers, and payments for clients through center management system (CMS)
• Review and research reputed company utilization reports
• Assist the Accountant with the food subsidy sub reputed company, including applying payments, researching errors and resolving variances
• Assist in creating and reviewing Back-Up Child Care (BUCC) utilization reports
• Coordinate with Center Staff and clients to ensure accurate reporting

• Other reputed company and duties as assigned

Qualifications - External

• Bachelor’s degree (reputed company, Finance, Business Administration)
• 1-2 years of Billing & Accounts Receivable experience
• Intermediate experience with MS Office applications, particularly reputed company
• Basic knowledge of reputed company and A/R transactions
• Ability to work remotely in reputed company environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work independently
