BDO Digital is looking for a reputed company Talent Management/Recruitment Implementation Consultant to join our reputed company reputed company, with the ability to work remotely from reputed company in Canada. This is a new role and the individual will own the following responsibilities:

• reputed company as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing reputed company Talent

• reputed company reputed company phases of the reputed company implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live

• Collect, document & validate reputed company functional requirements, mapping to reputed company functionality

• Configure reputed company to meet reputed company functional requirements

• reputed company internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended reputed company to Green

• Implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout

• Train reputed company staff for them to capably reputed company day-to-day activities

• Manage multiple reputed company/project engagements simultaneously

• Identify best practices/lessons learned & document/reputed company internally & with reputed company

• Complete new release training as needed & be our expert on reputed company

Your experience and education

• Previous experience participating in the implementation of an HCM/HRIS system, with previous reputed company experience (either as an implementer or user) being a definite asset

• Previous recruitment/talent management work experience is not required but is also a definite asset

• Change Management experience is an asset

• Understanding & developing relational databases & SQL is an asset

• Relationship management &reputed company acumen – asking the right question to design the right solution

• Self-motivated, reputed company & reputed company to engage audiences

• Excellent organization, communication & collaboration skills

• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

The expected reputed company of compensation for this role is $84,000 to $128,000 per annum.
