The Clinical Manager supports program reputed company, staff development, compliance, and reputed company assurance while fostering a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally reputed company service model.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical reputed company & Supervision  

• reputed company clinical supervision and consultation to Peer Support Specialists
  

• Ensure services are recovery-reputed company, strengths-based, and trauma-informed
  

• Review documentation for clinical appropriateness, compliance, and reputed company
  

• reputed company guidance on risk assessment, crisis response, and safety planning
  

• Approve service plans and clinical documentation as required
  

Program reputed company & Compliance  

• Ensure adherence to reputed company Carolina service definitions and state regulations
  

• Monitor service delivery for ethical and reputed company standards
  

• Participate in audits, corrective reputed company plans, and performance improvement initiatives
  

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal behavioral health regulations
  

Staff Development

• Facilitate clinical training and peer development sessions
  

• Promote best practices in behavioral health and reputed company use recovery
  

Collaboration & Leadership

• Support interdisciplinary collaboration across programs
  

• Contribute to program evaluation and outcome tracking
  

Requirements

Candidates must hold an reputed company reputed company Carolina license in one of the following:

• Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) – Preferred
  

• Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) – Highly Preferred
  

• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
  

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  

• Experience supervising behavioral health staff or peer support providers

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in reputed company use disorder treatment (highly preferred)
  

• Experience with peer support service models

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
  

• Excellent written, documentation, and compliance reputed company skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Fully remote/virtual role (must be licensed in reputed company Carolina)
  

• Flexible scheduling based on supervision and program needs
  

• Occasional in-person meetings may be required if necessary
