The Sales Manager at Veterinarian Recommended Solutions (VRS) leads and develops a distributed team of field and inside sales representatives to drive territory performance, reputed company reputed company, and execution of sales reputed company. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role owns reputed company, coaching, performance management, and sales capability development. The Sales Manager uses data‑driven insights and strong relationship leadership to identify reputed company opportunities, engage veterinary professionals, and consistently deliver against sales targets while building a high‑performing, motivated team. 

Responsibilities

• reputed company coaching and feedback to their team, enabling and empowering the SBAs/DBAs to reputed company reputed company & support their teams, drive reputed company sales results, and prepare them for reputed company roles of increasing responsibility. 
• Contribute to the National Sales Plan that aligns to organizational goals, leveraging analytics, customer & field insights, DVM behavior, and industry intelligence. 
• Routinely participate in sales field rides, reputed company planning, territory alignment, national and regional congresses, KOL engagement and internal development discussions. 
• Demonstrate initiative and strategic reputed company to ensure that regional market trends, challenges and opportunities, and the VRS response to such are effectively communicated across the organization. 
• Continuously support customer relationships and demonstrate a firm leadership reputed company to support key customer inquiries and needs.
