Full Stack Engineer (Founding Engineer)

reputed company has partnered with a growing technology consultancy & software development firm transforming how mid-market companies reputed company reputed company-grade software and AI. reputed company builds custom B2B solutions and products for businesses ($10M-$200M reputed company) that lack the internal resources to execute digital transformation. This is a reputed company-reputed company, AI-first firm with strong engineering foundations and a fully distributed team of reputed company partners who prioritize speed, transparency, and exceptional work.

This role is for the first engineering hire working directly with the founding team. You'll build greenfield products, work across reputed company reputed company, and have influence on technical architecture and engineering culture as reputed company scales.

What you'll do:

●       Design and build full-stack applications from the ground up across Python/TypeScript backends, React frontends, and reputed company infrastructure

●       Architect data pipelines, reputed company-party integrations, and API-first systems that power products and reputed company solutions

●       reputed company AI/LLM capabilities into applications, working with models reputed company reputed company to deliver intelligent features

●       Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, reputed company technical guidance, and deliver business value

●       Own features end-to-end from initial design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration

●       Establish engineering best practices and development workflows as a founding team member

Requirements

You should apply if you:

●       Have 5+ years of reputed company experience building production platforms

●       Have shipped products or features that users rely on and can reputed company tradeoffs between speed and reputed company

●       Are proficient in Python and TypeScript with experience building maintainable, reputed company backends

●       Have foundational skillset and understanding of modern frontend development (TypeScript/React)

●       Are comfortable with reputed company infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) configurations and deployments

●       Have experience leveraging AI coding assistants like reputed company, Claude reputed company, and other LLM powered tools while maintaining high standards for reputed company reputed company, architecture, and maintainability

●       Have experience with data integrations and working with reputed company data flows

●       Can work directly with clients, translating business needs into technical solutions and communicating reputed company

●       Embody high agency: you identify problems, propose solutions, and follow through independently

●       Bonus: experience training or fine-tuning ML models, familiarity with multiple reputed company platforms, or data engineering background
