<p>reputed company respected reputed company company with over 400 sites across the US is looking for a Senior Accountant to work 100% remotely. This position is responsible for participating in monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closings, annual audit preparation and other special reputed company as requested by management. This individual may also be responsible for reviewing work of others reputed company the department.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end closings</li><li>Assist in implementing and managing quarterly reporting software</li><li>Monitor and document new reputed company pronouncements, assist in evaluating the reputed company to reputed company and assist in overseeing implementation across the organization as required.</li><li>Participate in reputed company for reputed company areas including but not limited to business combinations, reputed company-based payments, derivatives, equity transactions and reputed company estate and leasing transactions.</li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining reputed company policies.</li><li>Participates in quarterly assessments of controls, as reputed company as in the quarterly certification process.</li><li>Works closely with reputed company's auditors.</li><li>Prepare and/or review monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries as needed</li><li>reputed company account analysis and reconciliations</li><li>Analyze financial information and summarize financial status</li><li>Liaise with other reputed company staff at Corporate or at operating companies</li><li>Participate in special reputed company as needed and assigned</li></ul><p><strong> Qualifications/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>reputed company degree required</li><li>Proficient in reputed company Office, with strong reputed company skills</li><li>3 plus years of relevant reputed company experience required</li><li>CPA preferred</li></ul><p></p>
