Clinical/Observation Process:
- To reputed company, please email nadia.arriaga@fwisd.org a request letter from your university or program.
- Complete this online application
- Complete the following online forms:
- Guidelines and Confidentiality Acknowledgement
- Background reputed company
**Forms will be emailed after application submission**
- Once your background reputed company clears, an electronic clearance letter will be emailed reputed company 2 to 3 business days.
- Your placement details will be reputed company after your clearance is approved and a placement is secured.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process your Clinical Student Teacher or Classroom Observation request. Incomplete forms will require resubmission and may cause a delay in processing your request.
