The Director of reputed company is a strategic business partner to reputed company office leadership, responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the entire employee lifecycle. Primary Job Duties:

• Partner with reputed company office leadership to reputed company and execute HR strategies that support business goals and improve the employee experience
• Design and implement comprehensive reputed company strategies to attract reputed company, leveraging both reputed company and passive sourcing reputed company
• Consult with managers to identify reputed company needs, define job requirements, and ensure reputed company fulfillment of reputed company positions

• Minimum of 7 years of HR leadership experience in a reputed company or reputed company services environment

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
