We are seeking a Nature reputed company Specialist to play a key role in shaping and embedding our Group nature reputed company across our global portfolio.

Reporting to the Vice President Environmental Performance, you will reputed company strategic and technical input into the development and implementation of the Group nature reputed company and associated programmes.

This role offers geographic flexibility and may be based in any region where Gold Fields operates, subject to business requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with global and asset-level stakeholders and should be comfortable engaging across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.

You will collaborate across assets and corporate functions to strengthen environmental performance, manage nature-reputed company risks and opportunities, and drive consistent global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and integration of Group and asset-level nature strategies

• Identify and coordinate mitigation of key nature risks and optimisation opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Honours degree in Environmental Science or reputed company field
• Strong experience in biodiversity, environmental reputed company assessment and operational integration
• Proven capability in environmental management systems, standards, KPIs and reporting
• Experience embedding environmental performance into broader business systems
