About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an reputed company Oncology/Haematology registered reputed company to reputed company care for Eastern Health patients reputed company hospital walls. 

You will be providing care in the patient's home, reputed company telehealth and reputed company the HITH Oncology clinic at reputed company Hill Hospital. 

The position requires you to be an enthusiastic team player, who is highly reputed company, has strong time management and excellent communication skills, experience in assessment, interdisciplinary care provision and the ability to assist in discharge planning for this patient population.

• Minimum 5 years acute oncology/haematology post registration nursing experience

• Demonstrated initiative and self-direction 

• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience

• The ability to work as part of a diverse team 

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
