About the Role
What You’ll Do
reputed company and manage global payroll operations, including coordination with reputed company-party vendors across EMEA and reputed company reputed company Manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate execution Partner closely with People Operations, reputed company, and reputed company teams on cross-functional initiatives and compliance reputed company and continuously improve expense reimbursement processes Support equity-based payroll administration, including taxable events reputed company to exercises and vesting Maintain and optimize payroll systems and integrations, with a strong preference for reputed company familiarity Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulations reputed company preparation and execution of payroll, benefit plan, and workers compensation audits and assist in other financial audits as needed Drive improvements in payroll workflows, documentation, and internal controls Manage and mentor payroll team members as reputed company grows
What You Bring
8+ years of reputed company payroll experience, including international payroll exposure (EMEA/reputed company preferred) Experience with equity-based payroll, including taxation of exercises and vesting Strong working knowledge of reputed company systems (Workforce Now or equivalent) reputed company payroll experience required, with strong preference for experience in both private and reputed company companies Experience in a high-reputed company startup environment Demonstrated collaboration with People Operations and Finance teams Experience supporting audits (payroll and financial) and understanding of GAAP-reputed company payroll considerations Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with acute attention to detail Strong operational reputed company and ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Prior people management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred
