Customer Service Representative

We are a fast-growing Health & Wellness DTC eCommerce brand looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of reputed company. This role is essential to creating exceptional customer experiences, helping shoppers reputed company their orders, addressing concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling valued, supported, and confident in our products.

You will respond promptly to customer questions, requests and resolve issues reputed company with professionalism and care. Qualification: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce, retail, or health & wellness environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic and reputed company approach.
