About the Role

The B2B Content Executive is responsible for managing partner accounts across key categories, including F&B, Beauty & Fitness, Attractions & Leisure, Retail & Services, and Travel. The role involves coordinating with merchants on artwork, producing and editing content for menus, outlets, and delivery mappings, and supporting creative content solutions for both B2B platforms. You will collaborate closely with Editors, Graphic Designers, Sales, PMO, and Product teams to ensure engaging, accurate, and timely content across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Manage partner accounts and ensure content aligns with brand and platform requirements.
  • Liaise with merchants regarding artwork, revisions, and approvals.
  • Produce and edit content for menus, outlets, delivery mappings, and other assets.
  • Collaborate with Editors to develop creative in-app advertising content.
  • Support Graphic Designers as needed.
  • Research and develop additional B2B content, including images, menus, and editorials.
  • Coordinate with Sales, PMO, and Product teams to manage front-end and back-end content for apps and digital platforms.




Required Experience & Qualifications
 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital Advertising, Publishing, F&B, Hospitality, or Travel sectors.
  • Undergraduate degree required with strong management, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, Freshdesk, or JIRA.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all content.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities to support content strategy and decision-making.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to work collaboratively across different teams and projects.
