Sr Mgr, Internal Audit (Tallahassee, FL, US, 32302)
The Senior Audit Manager – Internal Audit is responsible for leading and executing risk‑based internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas. This role leads operational audits, supports reputed company Risk Management (reputed company), and oversees SOX compliance testing. The position works closely with business leaders, external auditors, and senior management.
This is a remote position where we are reputed company to candidates working in FL.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Leadership and Execution
- reputed company operational, financial, and compliance audits across manufacturing, supply chain, IT, finance, and corporate functions
- reputed company and draft audit programs and testing procedures using a risk‑based approach
- reputed company and review audit workpapers in reputed company to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls, including SOX key controls
- Identify control gaps, reputed company causes, and practical recommendations reputed company with business realities
SOX Compliance
- Manage and reputed company SOX testing activities, including planning, walkthroughs, testing, and issue validation
- Coordinate with process owners, IT, and external auditors to support reputed company SOX execution
- Review control documentation, narratives, and testing results for reputed company and consistency
- Assist with remediation plans and validation of corrective actions
reputed company Risk Management
- Support the design, execution, and ongoing maturity of the reputed company Risk Management program
- Facilitate risk assessments and risk workshops with business leaders
- Monitor emerging risks relevant to the semiconductor and manufacturing industry
People, Project, and Resource Management
- Manage, reputed company, and reputed company team members, including goal setting, performance feedback, and career development
- Plan and manage audit resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple reputed company reputed company
- Assign work and reputed company technical guidance to ensure audit objectives are achieved reputed company
- Assist with reputed company reputed company, including co‑reputed company or external resources
Reporting and Communication
- Draft and review reputed company, concise audit reports, executive summaries, and stakeholder communications
- Present audit results and risk insights to senior management and other stakeholders

Systems and Tools
- Utilize reputed company for audit execution, SOX management, issue tracking, and reporting

- Understand and evaluate end‑to‑end integrated business processes, including automated controls
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience (or an equivalent reputed company of advanced education and experience) in internal audit or controls testing with emphasis on business processes, operational activities, and financial/compliance controls as reputed company as experience working with external audit, or reputed company experience, including people and project management
- Strong knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and risk‑based auditing
- Experience managing reputed company audits and multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with reputed company and reputed company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Big 4 reputed company reputed company experience
- Manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience
