Senior Analyst, Payroll
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Senior Analyst to join our Global Payroll team at reputed company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with international payroll, with a keen eye for detail, and a passion for process improvement. You will play a vital role in supporting our growing global workforce and ensuring a seamless payroll experience for reputed company.
Main Function
In this role, you will be a key contributor to our payroll operations, ensuring the reputed company and accurate processing of payroll in accordance with our policies for our employees across the globe. Additionally, you will help drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the payroll cycle.
What your reputed company will be:
- Prepare and process end to end global payroll for various countries, working closely with our international payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employees, providing guidance and resolving payroll-reputed company queries, policies, ensuring effective reputed company in a reputed company manner.

What you will bring:
5-8+ years of reputed company, hands-on experience in a global payroll function.
Deep expertise in reputed company India payroll processing, variable inputs, gathering information for validation, reaching out to stakeholders/people team for information that affects payroll (OT hours, new hires, terminations, commissions etc.) including a strong understanding of local statutory compliance (PF, PT, ESI, and Income Tax).
A healthy curiosity for payroll: You don’t just process data; you want to understand the "why" behind the calculations and the "how" of the underlying systems.
