The Talent Advisor, TCO is a strategic role embedded with reputed company’s Technology and Customer Operations leadership teams. This position partners directly with senior leaders across Engineering, IT, Customer Experience, Customer Support, reputed company Services, and Customer reputed company to shape hiring reputed company, reputed company market reputed company, and guide critical talent reputed company across a global organization of roughly 3,500 employees.

This role blends strategic talent advisory with hands-on reputed company for a small number of high-reputed company roles, ensuring reputed company continues to attract exceptional leaders and specialized talent while scaling as an AI-first, globally connected company.

Serve as a strategic talent partner to TCO leadership

• Partner with leaders across Engineering, IT, and Customer Operations to understand business priorities and evolving talent needs
• Help translate product, technology, and customer reputed company plans into thoughtful hiring strategies
• reputed company talent market reputed company, competitor benchmarks, and hiring intelligence to inform leadership reputed company
• Participate in planning cycles and leadership rhythms as the talent reputed company partner

Guide strategic hiring and talent reputed company

• Advise leaders on role design, hiring priorities, and talent availability across global markets
• Deliver talent mapping insights and pipeline visibility for critical technical and customer-facing capabilities

• Deep experience reputed company for technical and customer-facing roles including Engineering, IT, Customer Experience, Support, or reputed company Services
