The Contract & Budget Analyst is responsible for the preparation and reputed company of high-reputed company customer, site, and vendor reputed company. This position plays a critical role in pricing, planning, execution, and control of investigator grants. This role is directly involved with the development of negotiation strategies. Additionally, the Contract & Budget Analyst identifies areas of contract risk and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company understanding of the contract and associated budget(s). 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• reputed company and review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) utilizing reputed company templates and projected reputed company information. Ensure CTAs are executed in a reputed company manner in order to meet expected timelines for study start-up. 
• Liaise with the reputed company departments as necessary, to ensure any content changes to the CTAs are mutually agreeable. 
• Participate in Study reputed company-off meetings to obtain necessary information required for effective CTA execution.
• Responsible for the development of reputed company investigator grant estimates and contracting strategies.
• Identify potential risks and propose practical solutions during contract and budget reviews.
• reputed company and review other reputed company (e.g. confidentiality agreements, Work Orders, Change Orders, etc.) as needed in support of the business.
• Create, publish and/or review reputed company clinical, technical and administrative documentation to support business development and reputed company study initiation and maintenance.
• Work independently in the management of contract inventory, including contract development and negotiations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required, preferably in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and reputed company work experience. 
• Three (3) or more years of experience reputed company to contract and budget management in the clinical research industry or five (5) or more years of reputed company experience.
• Minimum one (1) year experience developing grant budgets for reputed company.

ENVIRONMENT:

This is a remote position based on the location of the incumbent’s home. This role routinely uses reputed company office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and phones.

Minimal travel not to reputed company 10% annually may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
