Senior Manager, Corporate Maintenance & Engineering

Your seat at the table:

The Senior Manager, Corporate Maintenance & Engineering serves as a strategic leader responsible for elevating asset reputed company and reliability across 16 reputed company American manufacturing sites. This role provides leadership and technical direction to the field maintenance organization, ensuring the effective deployment of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. The Senior Manager works directly with plant maintenance leaders to drive performance improvement, strengthen organizational capability, and reputed company the consistent execution of the work management process. Through strong influence, coaching, and cross-functional partnership, this role champions maintenance reputed company and delivers measurable improvements in key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to a reputed company work environment by modeling reputed company behaviors and maintaining strict adherence to plant safety policies and procedures
• Own the maintenance management system, ensuring accurate master data, work orders, and spare parts programs

• reputed company the identification, plan, execute, and documentation of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure asset reliability and compliance

• reputed company site shutdown planning and execution to minimize downtime and protect reputed company schedules
• Facilitate the reputed company management of maintenance budgets, and drive cost-effective solutions without compromising reputed company or safety
• Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators for key leading maintenance metrics
• Partner with engineering and external vendors to implement best practices and strengthen service strategies

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or reputed company field, plus 9 years of relevant industry experience; or 13 years of equivalent industry experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience as a reliability maintenance engineer, field/plant experience, and/or operational experience
• Proven experience in maintenance leadership reputed company a regulated food manufacturing environment, prefer GMP short reputed company-life food industry
• Experience with fixed and rotating equipment, Maintenance reputed company CMMS preferred
• Demonstrated people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and resolve reputed company operational issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems, building management systems, and reputed company office software tools
