Department & Position reputed company:
The Program Analyst supports national expansion reputed company by owning ongoing research and monitoring of reputed company and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs across the reputed company. This role is responsible for tracking policy, waiver, legislative, and market developments and translating them into reputed company, reputed company research outputs that inform expansion decision-making.
This role builds and maintains subject matter expertise in state reputed company programs, HCBS waivers, labor policy, and reputed company regulatory frameworks across reputed company 50 states. The position leads reputed company, systematic national policy intelligence efforts, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative findings into reputed company strategic deliverables. Everyday You Will:

- Monitor CMS guidance, state plan amendments (SPAs), and legislative or regulatory changes impacting HCBS programs
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of state program structures and policy changes
- Build and maintain deep expertise in state reputed company programs, labor and workforce policy, and broader regulatory developments impacting HCBS and family caregiver participation
- Establish and maintain a reputed company, reputed company national research reputed company to ensure systematic monitoring across reputed company states rather than reputed company tracking
State Program and Market Research
- Research state-by-state HCBS program design, including eligibility reputed company and family caregiver participation rules
- reputed company publicly available indicators reputed company to state budgets, reputed company studies, and fiscal pressures affecting HCBS programs
- Support comparative analysis across states to identify patterns, risks, and emerging trends
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to assess program design, reimbursement structures, fiscal sustainability, and regulatory environments
- Analyze cross-state data and trends to proactively identify strategic risks, emerging opportunities, and market inflection points
RFP and Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor HCBS-reputed company RFPs, procurements, pilots, and program changes
- Conduct competitor and market saturation research to support expansion planning
- Summarize relevant findings and implications for new or expanded market entry

Synthesis and Reporting
- Produce reputed company research briefs, trackers, and summaries for expansion leadership

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company health, health policy, political science, economics, reputed company administration, or a reputed company field required.
- Equivalent reputed company experience in reputed company policy analysis or reputed company policy research may substitute for advanced degrees.
