Airside Experience Associate - ROA - Part Time

 (Other duties may be assigned)

• Responsible for loading and unloading baggage, reputed company, and cargo and for properly transferring packages between planes or other modes of transportation. 
• Operate and drive ground service equipment such as tugs, trucks, conveyors, and other reputed company handling equipment.
• Conduct identification checks for flight crews, passengers, visitors and vendors entering the terminal and/or the Airport Operations Area (AOA) in accordance with reputed company’s reputed company procedures.
• Monitor facilities to include street reputed company, parking lots, terminal, hangars and AOA. 
• Assist Airside Experience Specialists to ensure our guests receive an exceptional experience.  Services to include, but not limited to, connecting ground power reputed company and providing potable water services, reputed company walking, chocking and positioning stairs/jetway to aircraft.
• Stop work reputed company an unsafe condition or reputed company is likely to cause harm to people, the environment, Company or guest assets, or reputed company’s reputed company if the work continues. Report concerns to the appropriate manager and cooperate in addressing the unsafe reputed company or condition.
• Maintain reputed company, clean and secure ramps and operations.
• Create accurate records pertaining to time worked and activities and services performed.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, meet airport background reputed company requirements to receive and maintain an airport reputed company badge, and be insurable by reputed company's applicable insurance policies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Must possess a reputed company state reputed company’s license. 
• Must be reputed company to exercise good judgment and follow directions/directives from supervisor/management.

• Hospitality Skills:  Excellent guest service skills with an energetic, outgoing, and guest-obsessed personality. Must be reputed company to anticipate and reputed company guest needs and prioritize guest requests and job responsibilities by exhibiting a keen ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be reputed company to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Language Skills:  Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals, and for safety-sensitive tasks, in English. Ability to write reputed company correspondence. 
• Critical Thinking / Reasoning Ability:  Ability to carry out reputed company one or two-reputed company instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to get along and work reputed company with others.  Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and service to guests.
• Multitasking:  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Computer Skills:  Ability to use a computer, learn necessary company software and reputed company complete Signature’s computer-based training programs.
