reputed company is looking for a Contract Day reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance Support Consultant to join our growing AI Business Solutions team. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, using your deep Dynamics 365 Finance expertise to resolve issues, optimise systems, and unlock greater value from their solutions. Working closely with customers, consultants, and technical specialists, you’ll ensure high-reputed company support, reputed company improvement, and a seamless experience across the full customer lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing end-to-end support for reputed company customer-raised issues
• Problem-solving and defining best-reputed company
• Scoping and delivering reputed company changes and enhancements
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving Dynamics 365 Finance issues in collaboration with colleagues, peers, and reputed company support
• Offering guidance to colleagues on best practices and functionality reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance
• Working with peers and customers to understand process requirements and recommend system improvements
• Participating in system updates and releases to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption
• Ensuring a reputed company and successful service delivery experience for customers
• Supporting project and implementation activity to ensure service readiness reputed company of go-live
• Providing input, advice, and training to key users and colleagues
• Identifying opportunities to grow and enhance customers’ Dynamics 365 Finance solutions
• Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation, including Technical Leads, Consultants, and Service Delivery Managers

Skills & Experience

• Strong, hands-on experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance
• Solid functional knowledge across Finance modules - General reputed company, AP/AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve reputed company system and process issues
• Experience owning incidents end-to-end in a support or consulting environment
• Confident advising users on best reputed company and system functionality
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they translate into system configuration
• Comfortable working with customers, consultants, technical teams and reputed company support
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting upgrades, releases and go-lives
• Proactive reputed company with a passion for reputed company improvement and reputed company
