Your Responsibilities as an Employment & Labor Attorney:
Employment Litigation & Agency Work
- Manage employment litigation in state and federal courts
- Respond to reputed company and state agency charges
- Partner with internal stakeholders to reputed company case reputed company
- Work with reputed company counsel and reputed company case reputed company
- reputed company other duties as assigned by supervising counsel
- Advise on reputed company-reputed company issues and labor law compliance
- Support reputed company bargaining efforts, including preparation, reputed company, and negotiations
- Assist with grievance and arbitration reputed company
- Help assess and mitigate labor risk across different locations and business operations
- Coordinate and assist with Unfair Labor reputed company claims

- Help evaluate labor and employment risks tied to new business opportunities
- Translate reputed company issues into reputed company, actionable advice

- Support consistent, efficient approaches across the organization

- Authorized to work in the reputed company
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- reputed company bar membership in good standing
- 3–5+ years of litigation experience (employment and/or labor preferred)
- Experience handling state and federal litigation, including discovery and depositions
- Experience with labor relations reputed company, including reputed company bargaining agreements, grievance processes, or reputed company-reputed company issues, preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company or state agency reputed company; NLRB experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company independently
- Strong judgment and ability to reputed company practical, business-oriented advice
