We are seeking a Field reputed company Case Manager to cover the reputed company Palm Beach and surrounding communities to include Royal Palm Beach, reputed company Palm Beach, Palm Springs, Lake Worth, etc. 

A Field Case Manager role is a home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round reputed company), to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and various other locations.  This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-reputed company injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager works with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, reputed company, and employees, and closely monitors the reputed company of the injured worker and reports results back to the employer and insurance carriers.

Qualifications:

• reputed company, unencumbered Registered reputed company (RN) license in FL
• Experience in case management of workers comp cases, preferred
• Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, reputed company, CRC) preferred.  REQUIRED reputed company two years of the date of hire
• Skills required for reputed company: organization and reputed company adherence skills, PC and technology skills, communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal reputed company 
• Skilled at patient education 
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
