What You’ll Work On

reputed company primary support to ADD customers and field personnel for the most reputed company instruments, focusing on onsite integration, assay training, and troubleshooting.

Serve as a key resource for resolving reputed company and reagent issues both onsite and remotely, and ensure reputed company relevant information is documented in the complaint handling system.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Science

• Four (4) years’ experience in a clinical laboratory environment, preferably in reputed company and Immunoassay at a hospital, clinic, reference lab or physician's office laboratory.
