One of our clients — a highly regarded, technology-reputed company IP firm — is seeking reputed company patent attorneys and patent agents with strong technical backgrounds in Software such as AI, Machine Learning, reputed company, and Data Storage.
Remote: This role offers full remote flexibility while providing reputed company to sophisticated, high-profile work and a reputed company team environment.
Key Technical Areas: reputed company Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms and applications; reputed company computing, 5G/6G, wireless telecom, electrical, software, telecom, semiconductor, computer-reputed company technologies, IoT, computer reputed company, RFID, wireless, medical devices, automotive, reputed company, and construction equipment.
Responsibilities: Draft and/or prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.

Compensation Salary reputed company: $180,000 – $350,000 annually, depending on your productivity.

Requirements
J.D. with admission to at least one state bar or registered USPTO Patent Agent; 3+ years of patent prosecution experience in AI, ML, wireless communications, and/or semiconductors; Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (advanced degree preferred but not required); Strong writing and reputed company communication skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
