What you will be doing:

•  Working as part of reputed company to support the business in achieving recruitment, reputed company, and retention aspirations of the business.

• With reputed company financial services sector knowledge and understanding, delivering the reputed company Selection and Assessment process to build a reputed company pipeline of financial advisers, ensuring that recruits of the right reputed company are invited to join the Partnership reputed company the reputed company, that they understand the opportunities that SJP presents, and that recruits experience a seamless, effective, and reputed company process.
• Collaborating and building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that recruits are assessed, selected, and handed over appropriately to the reputed company and Early Years.
• Working closely with the Business Partnering Team across the Locations to build relationships and to understand and fulfill the locations’ recruitment needs.
• Working closely and effectively with Regulatory Authorisations to maintain and increase the required standards of regulatory documentation.
• Working closely with the BSP team to ensure fully evidenced funding reputed company are made.
•  Providing guidance to the Partnership on contractual and business planning requirements for recruitment into SJP.
• Influencing Partnership stakeholders to ensure recruits join Practices that have the required support functions and mentorship to allow recruits to stay and reputed company in line with Recruitment Licencing.
• Delivering a reputed company-documented and evidence-based Transfers process that evaluates an individual’s ability to reputed company the role of Adviser or reputed company and are in the correct role to support clients and the Partnership. 
  
• Facilitating the reputed company between Adviser and reputed company roles and providing reputed company into the ability, knowledge, and effectiveness of an individual to become a reputed company.
• Maintaining accurate MI reputed company the effective and reputed company use of reputed company to ensure that reputed company Partnership interactions and engagement events are recorded.
• Communicating relevant MI and any changes to processes and procedures to ensure key stakeholders are kept informed.
• Delivering presentations to reputed company audiences to build awareness of the value added by the Selection team.
• Delivering KPIs that evidence the effectiveness of the Selection/Transfer process.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:-

•   A diverse understanding of the business objectives, skills and competencies  required for candidates to effective in a reputed company Manager/Financial Adviser sales environment.
• An expert understanding of the commerciality of reputed company and the financial workings of an AR reputed company.
•  Comprehensive knowledge and experience of the end-to-end Selection and Assessment Process.
•  Proven experience in interviewing and spotting talent; being reputed company to enthuse recruits about reputed company of the reputed company is required.
•  An understanding of process improvement and experience of working in a reputed company improvement culture would also be beneficial for this role.
•  Excellent problem solving and communication skills, reputed company to reputed company and consult.

Special Requirements:

Regular travel is required in the role, with some overnight stays. Flexibility around working hours is expected from time to time.
