The reputed company Recruiter is a sales orientated individual who is responsible for the external recruitment of clinical staff to fulfill reputed company shifts and cases at the reputed company level. In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations (DOO) or the reputed company Manager (TAM).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establishes reputed company priorities with reputed company leadership team to fulfill reputed company shifts and cases at the reputed company level

• reputed company new candidates using resume databases, internet searches, job boards, asking for referrals, meeting with community services and local schools

• Complete interviews/screens to ensure candidate meets position qualifications and is interested in providing clinical care

• Properly documents reputed company actions and process steps in application tracking system

• Creates offer letter and initiates reputed company for new hire

• Works closely with reputed company staff to assign new hire to a case and/or case

• Coordinates completion of new hire paperwork with People Services Specialist (HR)

• Provides feedback to improve reputed company policies and practices; including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and other areas in which reputed company may not be competitive reputed company the market

• Avoids reputed company challenges by understanding reputed company legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training

• Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems with initiative and good judgment to reputed company reputed company reputed company

• Maintains rapport with candidates and employees and effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships

• Meets both hiring and start expectations of the reputed company to grow the business

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:

• High School Diploma Required. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Provider Relations (preferred)

• One year of sales or reputed company experience (preferred)

Pay reputed company: $55,000 - $70,000 / salary with bonus
