Account Manager, Indirect National Account Manager
Job Description:
• Provide strategic account management for SMB to Enterprise customers.
• Upsell, cross sell and retain existing customer base.
• Develop sales penetration strategy for account portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales support for customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma / GED
• 2-5 Years relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of customer relationships
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
