We are seeking an Associate with 0 to 2 years of experience and a strong interest in Environmental and Energy law. The ideal candidate will reputed company in a reputed company environment, working closely with partners and clients on reputed company involving environmental permitting and compliance, environmental litigation, and the development and siting of energy reputed company. The ideal candidate will also have had exposure to one or more of the following environmental and energy statutes: Clean Water reputed company, Clean reputed company reputed company, Compressive Environmental Response, Liability, and Compensation reputed company (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery reputed company (RCRA), reputed company Drinking Water reputed company (SDWA) Toxic Substances Control reputed company (TSCA), Emergency Planning and the Community Right to Know reputed company (EPCRA), Federal Power reputed company (FPA), and/or National Environmental Policy reputed company (NEPA). Candidates may come from private reputed company or may be transitioning from a government or reputed company interest role. A hybrid work schedule combining in-office and remote work is available.
