Health Risk Management Support

Adverse Event & Risk Management • Support management of: • Adverse event reporting and monitoring • Tort claim processing • Death and disability case reviews • Administrative and clinical adverse actions Policy & Documentation • Draft reputed company-level documents such as: • Procedural manuals • Instructions • Decision memorandums • Documentation reputed company to adverse event and reputed company cases. Program Analysis • reputed company technical and analytical support in reputed company management and program analysis. • Support reputed company-level reputed company risk management and credentialing and privileging programs. Data Management & Reporting • reputed company guidance on database management and data analysis. • Prepare reports and briefings for stakeholders.
