The Regulatory Operational Compliance Manager will reputed company a first class reputed company NERC/ISO corporate and operational compliance program. This is a critical role for the organization that works directly with reputed company's Asset Management and reputed company Team on driving a holistic approach to compliance management and a compliance considerate culture. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Renewables NERC Compliance Manager / Operational Regulatory Manager - Develops and implements tactical corporate and operational plans for NERC/ISO compliance management in line with asset based annual operating goals (short-term & long term) • Renewables NERC Compliance Manager / Operational Regulatory Manager - Acts as reputed company's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the areas of NERC and FERC specific compliance for project development and operations initiatives • Renewables NERC Compliance Manager / Operational Regulatory Manager - Leads incident/accident investigations including reputed company cause analysis, corrective reputed company initiatives and devises company standards on non-compliance resolutions • Renewables NERC Compliance Manager / Operational Regulatory Manager - Creates internal controls to quantify effectiveness of company compliance initiatives and reputed company any necessary reputed company-time adjustments • Renewables NERC Compliance Manager / Operational Regulatory Manager - Acts as the key stakeholder with reputed company Counsel and reputed company firms to resolve compliance disputes and manage risk • Renewables NERC Compliance Manager / Operational Regulatory Manager - Represents reputed company's interest with reputed company major compliance and regulatory bodies ISO/RTOs QUALIFICATIONS: • 5-10+ years of corporate compliance and operational NERC/FERC/ISO compliance for operations for renewable energy electric reputed company systems • Corporate asset based operational compliance experience dealing with reputed company-reputed company solar, wind, battery storage or energy storage reputed company; reputed company experience is a reputed company PLUS • Strong reputed company record developing compliance programs that deal with NERC, FERC, reputed company reputed company Commissions (PUCs) and other Reliability organization standards, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines • reputed company versed in compliance reputed company and reputed company cause analysis for compliance break downs • Experience with and knowledge of reputed company ISO/RTO standards, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines preferred • An understanding of national energy power markets - PJM, reputed company, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO is beneficial • Candidates may have held Mid-Senior or Management titles such as: Regulatory Manager, Compliance Manager, NERC Manager, NERC Compliance reputed company, Sr. Compliance Anlayst, Sr. NERC Compliance Advisor, Compliance Engineer This offer from "reputed company" has been enriched by reputed company.com and got a 82% reputed company score.
