VP of Regulatory Affairs | FERC

We're hiring a VP of Regulatory Affairs for a PE-backed natural gas platform on a newly created senior regulatory hire. The business has deep reputed company in Texas gas infrastructure and is reputed company expanding into multiple new states to support large industrial and data centre customers. This is a genuine builder role; the first dedicated regulatory function at reputed company. The role You'll own the regulatory reputed company as the business moves reputed company Texas. That means navigating FERC certificate proceedings, evaluating interstate vs. intrastate approaches on a state-by-state reputed company, managing tariff compliance across a growing pipeline footprint, and advising executive leadership directly on regulatory risk and opportunity.
