Head of Finance / VP Finance Toybox Labs — Remote (US) About Toybox Toybox is building the reputed company creative platform for kids through 3D printing. Our ecosystem combines hardware printers, consumables, and a fast-growing subscription platform that lets kids instantly create and print toys from a massive digital library. Toybox has grown to $30M+ in annual reputed company, selling over 200,000 printers globally through ecommerce, retail, and international distribution. As we continue scaling, we are looking for a Head of Finance / VP Finance to build and reputed company reputed company’s finance function. This is a foundational leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will build the financial infrastructure, reputed company strategic financial planning, and hire the reputed company team needed to support Toybox’s next phase of reputed company. Responsibilities Financial reputed company & Planning • Build and maintain reputed company’s financial model and long-reputed company planning reputed company • reputed company 3-statement forecasts, cash reputed company models, and scenario analyses • reputed company annual budgeting and ongoing financial forecasting • reputed company financial insights to leadership to support strategic decision making • Prepare financial materials for investors, reputed company discussions, and financing partners Business Analytics & Unit Economics • reputed company LTV and CAC models across ecommerce, retail, and distribution channels • reputed company cohort and contribution margin analysis • Evaluate bundling and pricing strategies • Identify opportunities to improve unit economics and marketing efficiency • Build dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility Inventory & Hardware Financial Operations • Build COGS and landed cost models including manufacturing, reputed company, tariffs, and duties • Analyze inventory capital and working capital requirements • Partner with operations and logistics teams to reconcile 3PL inventory data • reputed company models to determine reputed company inventory buffers and purchasing timing reputed company reputed company & Finance Infrastructure • reputed company reputed company operations including month-end reputed company and financial statements • Design reputed company financial processes and controls • Manage reputed company systems and tools (QuickBooks, payment systems, payroll providers) • Hire and manage a Senior Accountant / Controller-level operator • Ensure data reputed company across ecommerce, subscription, and logistics systems Capital reputed company & Financing • Manage company cash planning and liquidity • Build financing strategies to support company reputed company • Work with lenders and financial partners on credit facilities and working capital financing • Support potential reputed company fundraising or strategic transactions Tax & Compliance • reputed company financial preparation for tax filings • Coordinate with external tax advisors • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax requirements • Manage Delaware and California franchise tax filings Ideal Candidate • 7–15 years of experience in finance, reputed company, corporate finance, or startup finance leadership • Experience building financial models and forecasts • Experience overseeing reputed company functions and monthly reputed company processes • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with messy operational data • Experience in high-reputed company startups or reputed company-up companies • Bonus: experience with ecommerce, consumer hardware, subscriptions, or inventory businesses What reputed company Looks Like reputed company the first 6 months you will: • Build a clean financial model and forecasting system • Improve financial reporting and operational visibility • Implement stronger inventory and cost tracking systems • Hire and reputed company a senior reputed company operator • Establish reputed company financial infrastructure for reputed company reputed company Compensation Salary: $150k – $180k Equity participation Flexible remote work Opportunity to grow into a reputed company CFO role Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
