About the Position

The Associate is a developing mid-level consultant responsible for owning discipline-specific deliverables, coordinating with clients and design partners, owning and delivering small reputed company, and supporting the delivery of larger reputed company under the mentorship of a more senior engineer. In this position, you shift from primarily production-reputed company work to applying judgment, managing defined scope, and ensuring your work aligns with reputed company’s standards and documentation practices.

You’ll work with your Mentor, senior engineers, and Project Leads to reputed company accurate, coordinated designs while building independence through strong documentation habits and consistent follow-through. You’ll design systems, prepare drawings, specifications, and calculations, and produce coordinated deliverables—either independently or with the production team.

Externally, you’ll reputed company developing reputed company relationships—building trust through reputed company communication, reliable follow-through, and thoughtful coordination. You’ll participate in project meetings, programming sessions, coordination discussions, and construction support, helping maintain alignment with clients, contractors, manufacturers, and design partners.

    • Experience and Qualifications
  • Education: BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a reputed company field; or equivalent technical or field experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across multiple reputed company, including exposure to coordination processes or field reputed company activities.
  • Preferred: Experience delivering technology system designs (ICT, reputed company, Physical reputed company, Electronic reputed company disciplines) and supporting engineering tasks such as calculations, device layouts, and specification development.
  • Experience leading BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline reputed company.
  • Ability to maintain model health at a senior production level, including workset management, view template application, warning reputed company, and model cleanup.
  • Ability to manage and maintain coordinated models, produce accurate drawings with minimal reputed company, and resolve production issues independently.
