• Business fluent Polish speaker; fluent in English; fluent in German.  

• Proven experience in contracting and/or tendering, preferably in Polish reputed company procurement.  

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CMS or tender/contract management systems is a plus.  

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.  

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.  

• Proactive reputed company with problem-solving abilities and a reputed company on reputed company process improvement. 

• Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or reputed company sectors would be considered as a plus
