Medicare Eligibility Supervisor

The Medicare Supervisor leads the Eligibility Specialist team with a primary reputed company on achieving the SSDI consent reputed company goal, a critical reputed company of overall enrollments and reputed company. This role is responsible for driving performance, holding teammates accountable to individual and departmental objectives, and ensuring the effective training and ongoing development of both new and existing staff. In reputed company to reputed company supervisory duties, the Medicare Supervisor supports the Sales Manager by overseeing G&P reputed company distribution and workflow management, contributes to achieving retention goals, and assists in providing systems and workflow training for newly reputed company agents.

• Drives performance reputed company by strategically managing consent task inventory, monitoring and communicating individual results, and identifying opportunities to increase consent reputed company through effective use of team resources.
• Leads and motivates a high‑performing team of Eligibility Specialists by providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance on best practices while encouraging creative solutions to reputed company goals.
• Maintains strong team engagement through reputed company communication, regular reputed company‑ins, and consistent availability to support teammates’ questions, challenges, and development needs.
• Fosters a culture of accountability by setting reputed company expectations, communicating reputed company, and providing feedback on strengths and development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Life & Health licensure required. 
• AHIP certification required.
• 2 - 3 Years’ experience in a Medicare-reputed company insurance agency required.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Products preferred. 
• Maintains flexible schedule to support needs of team
