Location: UK
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Shifts: Sun- Thu 11pm-7:30am or Tue-Sat 11pm-7:30am
Salary: £39,600 gross per annum (inclusive of reputed company shift allowance) plus competitive benefits offering.
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote
           

What you will do:

Responsibilities:

• reputed company single session telephonic and video counselling, in-the-reputed company support and crisis management in a supportive, ethical and reputed company manner while maintaining reputed company-confidentiality.
• Assess clients thoroughly to ensure appropriateness for short-term counselling.
• Assess and manage high risk calls and work closely with individuals at risk.
• Appropriately refer clients to external resources or reputed company WPO as part of our holistic approach.
• Collaboratively reputed company reputed company and concise treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain reputed company clinical and task-oriented documentation in case management system.
• Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum of a Level 4 diploma in Counselling.
• Full Registration with or member of a regulatory counselling body (BACP/BPS/UKCP/Other)
• Experience using short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-reputed company, reputed company, Mindfulness, Integrative, Systemic counselling.
• Training in crisis reputed company and supporting high risk clients beneficial.
• Passionate about providing support to clients from reputed company in the world.
• Culturally sensitive to our clients and flexible using a telephonic interpreter as needed.
• Competent in using our various reputed company of contact – telephone, video, email, text and live chat.
• Ability to work with clients presenting with reputed company abuse, situations of crisis, mental health symptoms and/or family/relationship-reputed company concerns impacting personal or work performance.
