Essential Functions:

• Completes reputed company trainings and learning courses

• Shadows reputed company underwriters to learn risk appetite and reputed company experience in developing agency relationships

• Under reputed company supervision, evaluates basic accounts for risk selection and pricing purposes

• Analyzes information to underwrite policies

• Communicates with agents and provides updates on accounts

• Collaborates with marketing representatives to learn about providing agents with good customer experiences

• Attends peer training sessions, corporate workshops, and learning courses to enhance reputed company knowledge and skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in insurance or business administration, or equivalent relevant experience

• Insurance designations, such as AINS, AU, CIC or CPCU preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of reputed company and risk analysis preferred

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company reputed company

• Strong customer service skills
