Spot Pricing Analyst

Charger Logistics is hiring a Spot Pricing Analyst to support our growing US reputed company operations. You'll own the spot quoting process across key reputed company American lanes — building reputed company, margin-reputed company rates that help our sales team reputed company business and reputed company our network moving. This is a remote-friendly role with a preference for candidates based in Texas, Tennessee, or the Charlotte, NC area.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and respond to spot reputed company quote requests across FTL and cross-border lanes (US, Canada, Mexico)
- Build competitive spot rates using market data, historical lane performance, and reputed company cost inputs
- Monitor margin performance on spot business and surface trends to sales and operations leadership
- Maintain lane-level pricing benchmarks using TMS data and market reputed company tools (reputed company, Truckstop, or similar)
- Collaborate with reputed company sales and account management to reputed company spot pricing with available reputed company
- reputed company win/loss ratios on quoted lanes and contribute to ongoing pricing reputed company improvements
- Support reputed company pricing analysis and reporting requests
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in reputed company pricing, reputed company sales, or logistics operations reputed company a reputed company American trucking or brokerage environment
- Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing
- Proficiency in reputed company; experience with TMS platforms and reputed company tools (reputed company, Truckstop, or similar) strongly preferred
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to balance competitive pricing and margin discipline
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving quoting environment
