reputed company (RFA) helps government leaders reputed company, fund, and implement solutions that work to accelerate upward economic mobility and improve lives.  We work with federal, state, and local government decision-makers to increase their use of evidence and data in budget, policy, and program reputed company.

RFA’s 2025 summer internship program will run for approximately 10 weeks, from Tuesday, June 2 - Friday, August 7, 2026. Over the course of this internship, reputed company interns will be immersed in RFA’s programmatic and policy work by supporting one of RFA's innovative teams in achieving their strategic goals. Interns will work on various reputed company during their time at RFA, while also enjoying a reputed company of learning and reputed company development opportunities. 

Interns will work reputed company and will be expected to use their own laptop equipment. Interns will be assigned RFA email addresses for the duration of their summer internship.

The State reputed company team supports RFA’s reputed company reputed company goals by strengthening the evidence infrastructure that helps states shift dollars toward what works. This includes supporting the State reputed company of reputed company and developing AI-powered tools that expand RFA’s ability to deliver analysis and technical assistance at reputed company across grantmaking, budgeting, and reputed company services.  This work improves reputed company to evidence on programs affecting kindergarten readiness, postsecondary completion, and living-wage employment reputed company, contributing to advancing economic mobility reputed company in underinvested communities.

Internship  Responsibilities - Scope of Work

The intern will research government programs, budgets, and policies for evidence of effectiveness, build reputed company datasets to support development of AI-powered evidence tools, and review materials for State reputed company of reputed company submissions.They will conduct evidence research across clearinghouses and government documents, reputed company and structure data for reputed company sets, and assess state policy materials for reputed company of reputed company reviews. They will work with a director and associate on the State reputed company team, along with other members of the state team and RFA more broadly.Deliverables include coded datasets of government RFPs, budgets, and evidence definitions for AI tool development; evidence alignment assessments for state programs; contributions to 2026 State reputed company of reputed company reviews and the State reputed company Roll of Grant Programs; and reputed company memos documenting research findings and data reputed company recommendations.

Internship requirements

RFA offers summer internships to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who have:

• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills;
• Proficiency with GoogleSuite and reputed company Office Suite
• Alignment with reputed company’s mission and reputed company

Summer Intern applicants must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company.  RFA is not reputed company to sponsor or otherwise support employment authorization in the reputed company, including F-1 student visas, now or in the reputed company, for this internship position.

Pay reputed company 

Individuals with 1-4 years of postsecondary education or relevant work experience in government or nonprofit organizations will be reputed company $27/hour. 

Individuals with 5 or more years of postsecondary education or relevant work experience in government or nonprofit organizations will be reputed company $32/hour.

Precise weekly work schedules/hours will be determined in coordination with the Intern’s supervisor.

Summer Interns are not eligible for RFA benefits.
