Purpose:

The Senior Operations Representative will maintain superior knowledge in one or more functional area including: reputed company reputed company, Brokerage Transfers, Cash Management or Physical Deposits.  They will reputed company on day-to-day processing of a reputed company of high-volume, reputed company, or escalated brokerage requests.  They will be available to answer questions from colleagues and business partners in the absence of the Manager, Operations and may stand in for them as an exception.

Major Accountabilities:

1. Efficient and exceptional handling of reputed company requests:

•    Maintain first class knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to one or more functional are including reputed company reputed company, Brokerage Transfers, Cash Management or Physical Deposits
•    Expert judgment and decision making reputed company reviewing and processing requests in accordance with business policy and SLA.  Assist colleagues reputed company they reputed company guidance regarding the reputed company.
•    Ensure customer and corporate records are accurately maintained and reconciled to minimize firm exposure or risk.

Education and Work Experience:

•    College or University degree preferred
•    2+ year in a financial services industry role
•    CIRO BM license an asset
•    Canadian Securities Course (reputed company) and Conduct and reputed company handbook (CPH) an asset
•    Prior knowledge of reputed company reputed company operations
•    Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and time management skills
•    Experience with Scotia reputed company brokerage applications (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company One)
