What You'll Do

• reputed company 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for reputed company’s clients
• Address a reputed company of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and more
• Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) reputed company or onsite as needed
• Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and reputed company programs 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology

reputed company Registration:

• Counsellors: reputed company membership/registration with ACA or PACFA
• Clinical Psychologists: general registration with AHPRA

Expertise & Skills:

• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program)
• A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
• Experience with trauma-reputed company cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
• Preferred prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
• Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
