JOB SUMMARY

 

The Senior Specialist, Experience Marketing leverages the enterprise player experience & product strategies to develop, build and enhance the player experience in retail, online and in the app. This role drives digital and retail integration through omni-channel   marketing experiences.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Liaises with key stakeholders both external service providers/vendors/retailers as well as a variety of internal stakeholders across the business to achieve a seamless, cohesive player experience 
  • Provides event-marketing expertise for product launches, and activations, and winner celebrations.
  • Works closely with the Encore Rewards loyalty team to support a seamless, cohesive  experience at casino brick & mortar locations including the oversight of the in-facility Encore Rewards marketing experience (Point of Sale (POS), Guest Service Experience).
  • Proactively manages projects, marketing requirements and deliverables, meeting deadlines and providing accurate and timely communication with stakeholders. Delivers marketing programs on budget and provides regular updates on spend variance and program budget changes.
  • Proactively builds, develops, and maintains strong working relationships with internal         departments, business partners, suppliers, and casino service providers.
  • Lead creative development for high-impact casino in-facility signage, working closely with graphic designers and casino game vendors.
  • Develop and execute point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials, including printing, kitting, shipping, and installation guides.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output in all marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align creative deliverables with campaign goals.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders for reviews, approvals, and project updates.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate creative strategies and project timelines clearly and effectively.
  • Manage production timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee logistics, including shipping and receiving POS assets and ensuring correct installation at retail locations.
  • Maintain clear and accurate project records, tracking project progress and status updates.
  • Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including strategic briefs, training materials, and installation user guides.
  • Provide clear, concise instructions on asset use, installation, and maintenance.
  • Lead the creation of strategy documents and other written communications as needed.
  • Responsible for the completion of retail Experience Marketing brief, Retail Experience Marketing activation overview, Workback schedule & activation dates, other tasks or deliverables may be reasonably requested by the BCLC Project Manager.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

A combination of education, experience, and demonstrated skills may be considered.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor degree or diploma in marketing;
  • 4 to 6 years recent, related experience in a consumer marketing or advertising  agency environment with a retail or experiential marketing focus;

 

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

  • Solid knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, techniques and tools in the areas of marketing and program management;
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics;
  • Solid knowledge of content marketing across multiple mediums;
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans;
  • Strong marketing communications skills and ability to deliver integrated marketing campaigns;
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
