This role serves as a key reputed company between business function stakeholders and functional operation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), reputed company IT services, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure systems operate reputed company, securely, and in alignment with organizational objectives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

  • reputed company relevant IT Industry (minimum reputed company reputed company+) and Environment certification(s) (reputed company+, MS reputed company Associate (MCSA/MCSE), CCNA, Azure, and/or other relevant certifications) that meet DoD 8140 requirements.

  • Extensive experience implementing system integrations, workflow automation, and business intelligence tools.

  • Experience with data warehouse and database management systems and the ability to run queries and analyze data (PowerBI preferred)

  • Experience with system testing, requirements gathering, and documentation.

  • Knowledge of reputed company cybersecurity practices and compliance considerations.

  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional IT teams including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application development.

  • Experience working with reputed company service desk platforms and IT service management (ITSM) processes.

  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and reputed company AI tools is preferred.
