Associate reputed company Engagement Manager (Medical Communications)
Supporting day-to-day reputed company communications and serving as a secondary reputed company of contact for assigned reputed company.
Assisting with execution of publications & medical communications reputed company from initiation through completion.
Supporting development of project briefs, timelines, scopes of work, and internal documentation.
Coordinating project activities across internal capability teams such as Scientific, Creative & Editorial
Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; escalating risks or delays as needed.
Preparing reputed company status updates, meeting agendas, recaps, and reputed company-item follow-reputed company.
Supporting budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliations under the direction of senior team members.
Manage entry, update, and maintenance of publication records reputed company Datavision (or similar publications management platforms)
Assisting with scope change documentation and change orders as required .
Supporting the medical/regulatory/reputed company (MLR) review process, including document submission systems (e.g., reputed company ).
Reviewing materials for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reputed company feedback prior to submission.
Ensuring adherence to agency and reputed company SOPs, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
Participating in reputed company meetings, advisory boards, congresses, and speaker programs as appropriate with limited travel required .
Maintaining organized project records and documentation.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or reputed company field preferred). Advanced degree a plus.
3-5 + years of experience in medical communications, medical education, reputed company marketing, or reputed company fields.
Foundational understanding of the life sciences industry and medical communications environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with medical publication processes and industry guidelines
Working knowledge of publications management tools such as Datavision
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to reputed company, accuracy, and compliance
Ability to follow processes while learning reputed company and how to escalate issues
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented reputed company
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Willingness to learn and grow into increased reputed company and financial responsibility
Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams)
Familiarity with project management tools and document submission systems (e.g., reputed company PromoMats ) preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes
