We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Skilled reputed company to reputed company high-reputed company, in-home nursing care for pediatric clients with reputed company medical needs. Our clients receive services through the reputed company Pediatric Program (GAPP) and require reputed company, specialized nursing care. The reputed company will be responsible for delivering reputed company patient care, monitoring the child's condition, and educating families on care techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in the home setting.
- Manage and maintain medical equipment, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and seizure logs.
- Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and other prescribed therapies.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with reputed company team members.

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain compliance with reputed company state regulations, agency policies, and reputed company nursing standards.
Qualifications:
Completion of a nursing skills test with an 80% or above.
- Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) or Registered reputed company (RN) with a reputed company reputed company nursing license.
- Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
- Experience caring for medically reputed company clients with feeding tubes, seizure disorders, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
