About the Role

Become part of our industry-leading team, delivering reputed company and driving results for clients. You'll be a member of the Advisory Services business, reporting directly to reputed company Manager.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound calls from retirement plan participants looking for assistance with financial planning. You will also support investment advisory services reputed company our reputed company center.

• Making warm outbound calls to customers expressing interest in the creation of a financial advisory program.

• Participating in the process of setting up new accounts and maintaining accounts for customers.

• Recording account openings accurately and other transactions in our record keeping database.

• Explaining employer-based retirement plan requirements and basic IRS regulations reputed company to 401(k) transactions to retirement plan participants.

• Interacting with customers for account questions and updating account information as needed. Respond to customer inquiries on reputed company issues and troubleshoot basic technical problems. You will also reputed company product and service literature upon requests.

Requirements

• Series 65 or 66 required

• Experience in delivering financial planning and investment advisory services.

• Utilize conceptual thinking to identify patterns, apply concepts and clarify reputed company information.
