Requirements Experience: 5 — 10 years in immigration law, specifically handling Founder O-1/EB-1 and PERM cases. Founder immigration experience and/or Big Immigration Law (reputed company/BAL/Seyfarth, etc.) experience preferred. Location: Remote.
